After receiving the request for info,
inform Belnap & Company with requested
information to your best ability. Tell us exactly
what you know without without exaggeration for the
purpose of selling it quick

misinformation given by the seller or the buyer.
Belnap & Company is not responsible for any
misinformation or mistakes of any kind with regard
to Classifieds information.

You decide you want to buy something listed.

Email or call Belnap & Company with
offer

Forward offer to seller
|
Accepts or Rejects Offer

Seller accepts offer

Send Belnap & Company a Certified Check
or Money order for the amount of purchase +
shipping charges
|
Inform buyer of acceptance.
After receiving payment gives the okay for seller
to send product to buyer.
Hold check or money order until buyer approves
item

Send product that is sold to buyer after
receiving the okay from Belnap &
Company
|
Buyer always pays shipping charges on items
that list us as the contact person whether the
buyer retains or sends back the item to the seller.
This helps us screen prospective buyers only to
people that are serious about buying.

Buyer receives item
|
Inspects the item to make sure that it is
the same item that was listed and described to
buyer. Buyer has 48 hours to inspect the item,
reject item and send it back to seller at buyers
expense. If buyer doesn't respond within 48 hours
of receipt than that item is the buyers property
permanently.

Hold check or money order for 48 hours and
if buyer didn't reject item then send seller the
proceeds less 10% for our services. $50
minimum
|
Wait for 48 hours and then receive the
check soon thereafter.
