2. Plug the provided line cord into the jack marked "PHONE" on the MOH 150 and connect the other end to your telephone.
3. Plug the provided audio cable into the jack marked "AUDIO". Plug other end into the headphone jack of your external audio source.
Other Possible Installations
The diagrams below illustrate three other
possible connection schemes. If your wall jack or telephone
connection is different from the standard installation (shown above),
find your system's configuration and follow the diagram. All three of
these connections require the purchase of an RJ-14
Two-line Telephone Outlet. This outlet is
available through any Radio Shack (Radio Shack # 279-402).

Shown below is an illustration of an RJ-14 Two-Line telephone outlet. Note that in the first jack (line 1&2) there are four contacts, while in the other two jacks ( Line 1 and Line 2) there are only two contacts. This is the only type of jack that will work with this installation. This is a standard type outlet which is available through many consumer electronics retailers. You can also get this jack through any Radio Shack store (part #279-402).
*
NOTE:
The RJ-14 Two-line Telephone Outlets have a plug on the back side of
the outlet. Do not connect this plug to any outlet. Leave plug
exposed or tape over the exposed contacts on the rear of the
jack.
